How are the costs of treatments so low?

As we are a teaching academy, when we run our clinics, we only need a small fee just to cover the cost of the materials. Costs range from £90-250 depending on the treatment you would like. You will be notified of this cost at the free assessment appointment.

Am I offered an assessment appointment?

A complimentary assessment appointment will be arranged before any treatment to understand what areas you would like treatment, determine what is the best treatment and make you fully aware about the procedure and what it involves.

Is there a charge for the assessment appointment?

The assessment appointment has no charge – it is completely free.

Will I always need a separate assessment appointment?

You will always have an assessment when you visit our academy but if appropriate you will always have the option of having treatment on the same day if you would like or if you would prefer you can have some time to think and have the treatment at another date.

Will I always have a chance to think about whether I would like to go ahead with treatment?

There is never any pressure to go ahead with treatment. We will give you all of the information about the treatment you are considering and only once you are satisfied you can book for a treatment appointment. You can always decide not to have any treatment.

What products do you use?

We only use the highest quality products for treating our clients. Juvederm® range is typically used for dermal fillers and Botox® or Azzalure® are the Botulinum Toxins of choice. We will always discuss the prodcut we are using before treatment commences.

Is it best to sign up now or wait till I need treatment?

The courses will be run on a regular basis but there will be a limit to how many clients can be seen. If you sign up now you will be higher on the waiting list and so more likely to be offered an appointment. As we high demand we would recommend you sign up sooner to avoid disappointment.

What happens after I sign up?

You will firstly receive a confirmation that you are on our list. We will then contact you via e-mail or phone to advise you when our next available assessment appointments are and you will then be able to book your appointment.

Once I have had one treatment will I be able to come back for more?

If you have had treatments with us you will be given priority over newer clients - this is why it is beneficial to sign up earlier.

Will I be offered a review?

You will be offered a review. We do not offer routine “top ups” but if there is an issue we will certainly try to rectify it at the review appointment.
